Call for Sites exercise

As part of the preparation for its Local Plan, the Royal Borough of Kingston-upon-Thames is running a Call for Sites exercise.

Individuals, developers, landowners, agents and other interested parties are invited to submit details of sites within the borough that may be available for redevelopment over the plan period 2019-2041.

Sites of all types and sizes will be considered including occupied, vacant, derelict and greenfield land.

Proposals can be for any type or mix of land use, such as residential, commercial, leisure/community or open space. You do not need to own the site to submit.

Please ensure that you save each section as you progress. This will ensure that each that you can log out at any time and resume completing the form at a later stage.

You can submit your sites until 19 January 2018.
