Cambridge Road Estate decant policies

Consultation has concluded

This consultation has now closed and you can see the feedback and responses by clicking on the links in the box to the right. The full report was discussed and agreed at Housing-Sub Committee on 7 September 2017.

We’re just coming to the start of a huge project to rebuild the Cambridge Road Estate (CRE) in Kingston. The regeneration programme means that every resident will have to move at some point. We call these moves ‘decants’.

We have created decant policies which will determine the way in which residents will be moved out of their homes – one for secure tenants and one for leaseholders and freeholders.

We’d like to collect your thoughts on the policies and help you to understand the policy that applies to you.
